Laure is passionate in understanding consumer journey, connecting with consumers and make happen the connection between off and on line. Therefore, bringing consumers at center of the company is key and implies a full company transformation especially in breaking silos.
Laure started at Nestlé in confectionary in 1995, moved to Ogilvy& Mather in 2004 as strategic planner. Back in Nestlé in 2006, in charge of Infant Nutrition digital & CRM, she managed the transition from an off line model into an integrated approach for France then globally. Since 2014, she is in charge of setting up and implementing a content, social &media at Nespresso HQ. Her roadmap is to make sure that the company is aligned against the strategy and driven by data and insights. She is also in charge of designing the operating model when it comes to content and distribution.
